With over 30 years of experience in the industry, 17 years of which was with a prestige 5 star salon, salon director Jayla continues to be as passionate now as she was the day she started.
Not only is Jayla an award winning stylist who holds her Schwarzkopf Master Colourist , she is also a registered Trichologist with an in salon clinic.
Jayla specialises in consultation & diagnosis, tailored treatment plans along with hair replacement systems for both men and women. Trained by social media sensations Novo Capello and Iconic Hair.
Jayla thrives on a challenge and especially enjoys working with curls and short hair.
Megan
Designer Stylist
Megan (formerly known as Demi) is Stirling born and bred and for over 12 years Megan worked in a prestige 5 star Stirling salon. It was there that Megan started her hairdressing journey as a Saturday assistant at the tender age of 14 and went on to complete her training and become the winner of Assistant of The Year.
This kind and caring stylist excels in all aspects of hairdressing, she also specialises in bridal hair as one of her passions.
Brooke
Creative Stylist
Brooke started her hairdressing journey back in 2018 and qualified just a short time before the pandemic broke. Brooke stayed focused and passionate to not let this get in her way! As a result of her determination, Brooke has grown a busy clientele in such a short period of time.
Known for being a colour specialist, her passion is blonde and copper transformations.
Beth
Junior Stylist
Beth is the fun and energy of the salon, always lightening the mood and making sure her clients are comfortable and enjoying their visit.
Beth joined the team at the age of 14 and has been part of the Jayla & Co family since the beginning. With a passion for the industry and being such a friendly sociable person, Beth has the perfect attribute’s and attention to detail to give the perfect hair and visit.
Beauty Therapist
Erin
Erin is passionate about all things beauty and loves to make people feel great about themselves. With her big smile and bubbly personality, Erin makes her clients feel relaxed and able to switch off from the stresses of everyday life. They also leave the salon looking amazing!
Erin offers Gel and Biab nails, LVL lash lift , HD & Browscult, massage, facials and advanced facial skin treatments.
Abigail
Nail Tech & Content Creator
Abigail has a passion for all things nails and content creation!
Obtaining her advanced higher art & design has definitely given Abigail a flare for creativity and design.
Trained with the renowned Ador’e Abigail offers gel, biab, gel extensions along with specialising in nail art & 3D designs.
She can also be seen around the salon with her lights and camera capturing the girls creations!

Assistant

Jessica is one of the prettiest girls inside and out! Jessica is the back bone of the salon and quietly keeps the salon running smoothly. She is on hand to help and assist to make your visit to Jayla& Co a pleasurable one.
